This series of programmes have been created by Anna specifically for Students and Parents of Students to offer solutions to dealing with examination performance stress.  These trainings offer practical, easy to apply tips and hacks that will reduce stress and increase memory recall.  By optimising our environment holistically- both internal and external, we can create the best conditions for excellent performance during exam periods.

These bespoke training programmes can be of short duration 1 hour zoom or up to six week courses delivered on-site to private groups, schools, and universities.

Half-Day Training Course for University Students

Anna should be included to each year of B Ed program, this training was very beneficial.

Probably one of the best lectures we have been given yet.

Six Week Training Course for Leaving Certificate Students

This course had a well balanced mix of theoretical input and experiential exercises including humour which proved a very effective means of facilitating the students to participate actively throughout the process.  There was lots of interaction which enhanced the learning both at a cognitive and interpersonal level. I have no doubt that the students have benefitted greatly.

    This will equip Parents/Caregivers to best support their Leaving Cert student in the final run up and during their exam period.

    At the End of the Programme Parents will

    This programme is for Parents/Caregivers who have Leaving Certificate students at home.

    This 1-hour presentation is delivered live by Zoom.  The format will encourage participants to enjoy a common sense approach with easy-to-understand language.  There will be time for questions and answers at the end.
