You are invited! Our successful and very sociable Holistic Centre of Excellence Open Night will take place on Wed eve 1st May at 7.30 in the function room at Crokers Restaurant, in the main street of Murroe Village. If you would like to meet with the Tutors, Graduates and current students that I am constantly rambling on about, this is a great opportunity to do so. So please let me know if you and your guest would like to join us-we need to make sure that we have enough room! The evening is suitable for anyone who would like to more about HCE and the field of energy & alternative medicine. The pace of change in acceptance and recognition of the value of Holistic Therapies, is staggering at the moment. It is definitely a growth market, and as I have felt for years, my concern is that we won’t have enough professionally qualified therapists soon.

Blog 2nd April 2013 Easter Bunny! Boy has he got a lot to answer for!! Its impossible to resist all that chocolate-time has come to pay now-on with the runners! I hope that you enjoyed the Easter holidays, as we embrace the new beginnings of spring. Not only is it a time of growth for nature, but for us personally also, we always get lots of calls at this time of year, as people actively contribute to their personal development by learning new skills via our training courses. A particular favourite is our two day introduction to Aromatherapy, which teaches you how to use 20 oils for home use, and there some places still available, so if you would like to join us on Sat & Sun 20th & 21st of this month, just let us know. Soon we will announce details of our next open night for the Holistic Centre of Excellence, it is

Whew! Hardly time to draw a breath this month-the variety is great. Congrats to all the professionals who did such a great job at the Healthcare Exhibition in Murroe yesterday, thank you for working so hard on your Sunday. There are a lot of de-stressed bodies as a result of your efforts. Heartfelt thanks to those of you who also donated a day’s work last Friday at the International Women’s Day Conference at the University of Limerick. This was our third year supporting the event. It is imperative that us females learn to support each other, and it was a pleasure to met with so many of you at the conference and thank you for all your wonderful feedback. I am often asked why do we do all of our Outreach work when we don’t get paid-the answer is twofold 1. because we can! 2. It is the best way to educate people about the

Spring!

January 30th, 2013|

With Christmas well and truly forgotten about, it time to look forward to brighter evenings, fresh beginnings, and exciting new experiences for 2013. It certainly has taken off at a gallop-with ideas and concepts materialising faster than ever-we have barely had the thought and the process of creation is already evident! So now more than ever it is vitally important that you chose your thoughts carefully-look at what you would like to show up in your life-not the pictures of what you don’t want! Remember that your thoughts are energy and they are a vital ingredient in creativity-they are your thoughts-you should be in control of them. Create a vision board in the your mind’s eye of what you would like to create and visit that picture when you find your mind wandering to other scenarios. On the Holistic Centre of Excellence front things are moving as fast as ever, thank you to all of

Christmas-Yippee! It has been a crazy few weeks since I last wrote, and now its nearly time to take a well deserved rest over the Christmas Hols. We’ve had some very exciting and transformative classes at HCE, with many of you joining us, to broaden our minds, with Dr Beatrice Neufeldt, teaching us about the value of herbal remedies combined with western medicine for menopause, Michael Connolly, president of the Irish NLP Association, who gave us an entertaining class, we had Susan Russell with Sand Therapy, Urs Wenk with our drumming class, Fr Simon Sleeman, who gave us an uplifting class on spirituality, Claire Sheehan who inspired us with Homeopathy, Diane Hannagen with Indian Head Massage and Hopi Candle, and they were just the invitation classes! There is absolutely no chance that we will ever get bored at HCE! Meanwhile a sincere thank you to all of you who attended my recent seminar on solving

Mid Term Break

November 6th, 2012|

I hope you enjoyed the bank holiday break; it’s definitely time to settle by the evening fires now. How lucky are we to be able to sit in our comfortable homes? It truly is a blessing when you look at the devastation Sandy has caused to the Eastern coast of the USA, all those unfortunate families, who don’t even have a home now. I was speaking with friends of ours who live over there last night, and they were sitting by their fireplace, trying to keep warm, eating pot noodle, with no sign of electricity for many weeks to come, no running water, no showers, toilets, their cars were swept away, and the public transport isn’t running fully yet. Their town is destroyed with many of the buildings condemned. What struck me was that despite all this hardship, they said “it could be worse, thank God all of the family are safe”. Yet how often

Blog 16th October 2012 All Enhanced! It never ceases to amaze me, that no matter how many times we complete the Enhance Your Life training, the magic never ends, thanks again to Alessandra for a top-class professional course, and to all you participants for your glowing comments, which will be up on the website-as soon as I get around to it! Here’s to all our new dreams coming through-again! Best of luck to the Grow foundation with their super new premises in Limerick, at the official opening I heard a wonderful phrase from one of the speakers, when he said that after a long time with depression, he became ENCHANTED WITH LIFE again-and I realised that’s what Holistic Healthcare is all about, re-balancing the physical body first to alleviate pains and disease, clearing out the energy blocks of old emotional baggage, and dispelling old embedded mental blocks or beliefs, and re-igniting the spirit, so one
