It is easy to get into this mindset as our weather is so Autumnal! Here’s hoping our summer will return soon. On the other hand, as I have no excuse not to do some office work, this weather is helping me to get super organised for my next trainings.
For those who are enjoying your Reiki Level 1, if you would like to go to the next level, I will be leading Reiki Level 2- two day training on Sunday 13th and Monday 14th of August. While level 2 trains you to be a Reiki practitioner, like me, you may wish to take it for personal reasons only-I never wanted to work as a therapist!!!-I only took the training as it increased the vibration of healing Reiki energy, and at the time my priority was that I would be able to complete a full self-treatment in 36 minutes instead of having to find a full hour! Just goes to show –“what is for you wont pass you”, it’ll find you one way or the other! If you would like to register or would like more information please pop me an email .
The next level-Reiki Mastership (which I simply adore teaching), will be starting on Sunday September 17th and runs one day per month until May. While students learn how to teach all levels of Reiki, complete with teaching practice, the biggest revelation is one’s personal development. As we work together over the year, it is a joy to witness and hold space for each individual to blossom in ways that we can’t even imagine until the end of the training. Some students never wish to teach Reiki but take the training to develop their relationship with Reiki. I will post below some of the testimonials that I was privileaged to receive from my last Reiki Master Graduates. I feel their variety of perspectives are far more valuable in helping Reiki Practitioners to decide if my Mastership program is the one for them. The Mastership course that I undertook with Anna has been one of the most amazing and enlightening experiences of my life. I had learned Reiki 1 some ten years previously with another excellent teacher and therapist. Five years later, I was introduced to Anna when she helped a family member. I decided to study the Reiki 2 course with her, primarily for personal development and I loved every moment of it. However, I had no intention of studying to become a Master. I saw no ‘need’ to learn to teach it. Then a few years later, I felt the urge to review that decision when I discovered that becoming a Master was as much about personal development as it was about learning to teach Reiki. So I decided to take the course.
The class was made up of all sorts: working people, retired people, and stay at home Mums. Each person brought their own unique personality and life experience to the course resulting in many stimulating discussions.
Under Anna’s gentle and compassionate guidance, there was always a relaxed and open atmosphere in these discussions. The pace of the course was excellent and well managed. It was very easy to ask questions and there was lots of fun too.
Anna brought a warm and caring approach to her teaching and struck just the right balance between challenging and supporting us. She encouraged us to explore our beliefs and to develop ourselves both emotionally and spiritually.
We studied Reiki in depth and there was a good blend of theory and practical work helping us to build our confidence as future teachers of Reiki. In sharing many of her own experiences with Reiki, Anna made so many elements of the course very relatable for us.
I have learned so much more than I could ever have expected and I didn’t want the course to end. Having studied Reiki to Mastership my self it is incredible the impact it has made on my own life. I have been searching for alternative healthy living for the last fourty years and have met many different people teaching a different way of living to improve oneself. I read many books along the way, trained in Martial Arts, painting, creative arts, singing song writing and acting.
I tried reading a book called Mind Magic by Betty Shine thirty years ago but could not grasp it back then. After completing Reiki Mastership I came across the book again on my book shelf and started reading and understanding it, I could not leave it down.
You can help others improve their life but the most important person to help is yourself. We are all on our own journey to our destiny.
The martial Arts are about training mind and body (mind and body as one), but most martial artists only train the body. There seems to be a fear of the mind and soul journey.
Reiki Mastership for me takes the fear away about the mind and the journey of our soul. It opens our view of ourselves as the person we are now and gives us a good idea of our journey ahead. If we choose to embrace it then we can improve our lives with so much contentment.
You can accomplish anything when you put your mind to it. Reiki Mastership is a positive step on your journey.
For me I have noticed the connection with people improved. At work being the centre of attention in a positive way. The animals being attracted to me. I work with horses and livestock. I have used the reiki to improve their health or just to calm them and notice how they embrace it.
Since I completed Reiki Mastership nothing would phase me. I mix with people from the wealthy to the lower paid worker and embrace them all for where they are in life. I have no fear of life or death. I give myself a reiki self-treatment each day and would miss it if I did not. My wife is also a Reiki Master and I have seen how much she has grown. Her confidence at public speaking and singing and being attracted to positive people is amazing. She is very caring to all in society.
I have seen the benefits of treatments I have given people to heal themselves.
Giving treatments to others is a nice byproduct of Reiki Mastership.

☆♡ Reiki Mastership Sept 2021 – Aug 2022 ♡☆
I began my Reiki adventures many years ago with Anna, studying Reiki I & II, after some Hollywood-style drama, in my life.
Both Anna and Reiki came to me, it wasn’t something I was searching for…. yet it was exactly what I needed at the time.
I didnt know it then (of course Anna did, though!!!) but Reiki would change my life forever…..
While Level I & II opened the doors to possibility, and gave me some real tools to use in times of need, in honesty is was Anna’s Mastership, that propelled me forward….
Anna’s Mastership not only gave me community and belonging (in times of EPIC world change), it also gave me hope, connection, family, comradery, and soul nourishment… Anna herself, the course, and the incredible people… now my friends… who I grew with on this journey, changed my life forever.
Initially, in the years since finishing my Reiki I & II, I had stopped practicing it daily. I used it willy-nilly, in whatever way I needed it. I had abandoned any kind of system, no practice as such and in total honesty…. I had gone completely rogue with my own Reiki Practice…..
My inner teenager rebelled against doing Reiki with any kind of form or ritual …. and so I had developed some bad habits, sloppy processes and was doing things MY way… rather than properly, as such!
But I also knew that wasn’t working for me…
I knew my willy-nilly approach meant I wasn’t getting any great potency or benefit, as much as I knew could be possible…
I expressed this to Anna when she recommended me to do the mastership… I was TOTALLY hesitant to sign up!! Like completely – I had total Imposter syndrome!
I was ashamed I’d let my practice slip… like I’d let her down, me down, Reiki down!
But I also felt if I could get my rebellious inner teenager under control, maybe there was some hope for Reiki to become a more solid part of my life….
So…. I trusted the timing, had no idea how I would make it work… but trusted Anna and …. I said YES to the Mastership!
I drove once a month down to Limerick, from Dublin, for the day. I absolutely adored the drive up and down whether dark Winter or Sunny Summer, I couldn’t wait for each session. I was always SO at home with our lessons, the mind expanding chats and even some debates we had during class.
This course is MUCH more than Reiki… it’s about stepping into your power, evolving as a human, growing to your fullest potential, opening your mind and lifting the veil of BS and illusions of life…
It is about wholly, completely, becoming who you came here to be and in turn… using what you learn to help others do the same…

Reiki Masters was a natural progression for me as I find Anna’s courses so interesting and engaging that I can’t get enough of them. Over the course I found that not only did I grow spiritually but my understanding of Reiki and energy increased and gave me confidence that I could share this knowledge myself if I decided to teach.
