Our 3rd Mind ur Health Exhibition takes place on Sunday 13th March at the Strand Hotel, 12-6 pm, and it will be even bigger and better.
We are thrilled to have Cancer Survivor Bernadette Bohan as one of our 4 International Speakers who will deliver free lectures. These lectures always inspire our audiences to discover vital information for improving and maintaining health.
30 Exhibitors from the fields of Medicine, Mental Health Care, Nutrition, Energy Medicine, Holistic Therapists, Training Information and more, will all be on hand to share their expert knowledge with everyone. We are delighted to be supported by Live 95fm, and all proceeds will go to their Live 95 non-stop tour which donates to local Limerick Children’s Charities.

Meanwhile back on the ranch, it is wonderful to be such an active part of the global awakening.
