As most of us look with anticipation to enjoying a good Summer, for Students who are facing into the exam period and indeed their families, this time can be very stressful.
In today’s world of zoom it is a joy to be able to help many more folk without having to travel to many locations. Having helped students of all levels over the past 20 years, it was fun to put together a short zoom program that will also help parents how to best support their students.
The zoom program for students is purposely arranged for the Monday before the exams start, for this reason- all the study and work has now been completed, so getting into a performance mindset is now the priority. For example, when one trains for a marathon, this takes many months of hard work and training regularly, when in this mode, fear will propel one to commit to this work, however the night before the run, one does not train, instead rest and mindset are the key factors to ensure successful performance.
These two presentations will be light-hearted, practical, interactive and the tips/hacks will be free or very inexpensive. Creating a Holistic atmosphere is, as ever the key,- adapting the inner environment of emotions/energy and the external surroundings in subtle ways will enhance confidence and optimise performance for best results.
