As we are grounded to a halt by stunning snow fall, it struck me that it is a perfect  opportunity to share some intriguing information about frozen water. The famous work of Masaru Emoto could capture individual frozen particles of water with specialised equipment.  He conducted thousands of experiments proving that water is affected by the words and thoughts that is exposed to.

This picture shows plain water taken from the same source, and put into three containers.  Labels with words were put on to each container.  Then particles from each container were frozen and then photographed.  This powerful image speaks a thousand words- the water that was exposed the words  Love and Thank You formed dynamic beautiful shapes, the water exposed to the word I Hate You formed an incoherent ugly shape.

This is vital information for all of us to realise- especially as each of our bodies is made up of 90% water!  Our health is directly affected by the energy of thoughts and words.

With this information as a back-drop, I am very excited to share with you a new initiative that will change the energy of our River Shannon.  Croí Glas will be officially launched on March 17th in Limerick, with our first public event the following day on Sunday 18th at 6.30 in the River Shannon near King John’s Castle.  Croí  Glas is an invitation to everyone to actively contribute to changing how we think and feel about our River.  Using the photo above as a point of reference, just thinking positively about the River has enormous potential for change.  Croí Glas.ie is a platform for individuals or groups to sign up and register their idea/project, it can be as simple as writing a poem, or taking a photograph of your most loved memory or place or as elaborate as a group of hundreds cleaning a river-bank, swimming in the river, playing music river-side …………………… Imagination is the limit.  Once you register (it’s free!), you can then submit photos, videos etc of your project and we will display them on the website.  By collectively contributing in ways that match your ability/skill set, using creative and fun-filled activity, we magnify the effects of this positive energy.  This is an easy fun way to actively change our society.  We have received tremendous support from many internationally famous people, such as Jimmy Carr, Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin, Noírin Ní Riain, Peter Clohessy, as well as many famous local celebs (watch out on social media over the coming weeks).
