XFACTOR WEATHER
Dark cold nights, blazing fires and our weekend of xfactor- it occurred to me this weekend that Enhance Your Life programme is all about getting to discover and embrace your xfactor!

Our Youngest being 18 right up to 70! The ultimate proeffesinoal Allesandra Betti is coming next weekend to lead the EYL for the 10th time with us and I look forward to spending the weekend with our many repeat participants. The results are nothing short of amazing – and I attribute my own success to the learnings I got from EYL.
Sincere thank you to Urs and crew from Drum Dance Ireland for the most wonderful drumming class last week. All of our full time students and tutors really enjoyed themselves. We cant wait to have you back again!
Big thank you also to a very informative presentation from Bernie of the HSE on suicide awareness last week, again we look forward to further trainings from Bernie in the future.

Congratulations to the students who attended our Indian Head Massage course last week. As usual Diane Hannagen excelled as the excellent teacher she is! Repeat students noted that the energy was fantastic!
OUTREACH
Our charity programme is proving very successful especially with requests from institutions/organisations. We attend at least one event each week now, from our free educational lectures to full therapy sessions. The feedback is always phenomenal especially the reports about how staff moral is increased as a result. If you would like to join our free outreach programme please let us know.
